We are thrilled to announce our new and returning partners in 2018, which is sure to be a pivotal year in the implementation and organization of diversity efforts nationwide.

/dev/color believes the world is a better place when we get the most out of each individual. Software engineers are uniquely positioned to improve the world — one programmer can design products that change millions of lives!

We are working to ensure Black engineers fulfill the promise of their talents, transform the industry, and use their resulting skills and position to give back to their communities. Our corporate partners believe deeply in this mission and are also committed to the advocacy and advancement of diversity & inclusion in the workplace.

Many of our partnering companies have engineers participating in our A* program, which empowers Black software engineers to help one another achieve ambitious career goals. We work closely with our partners to share information about their efforts to attract and retain Black software engineers.

These organizations will be involved in significant advancements at /dev/color in 2018 — including an industry-level initiative we’ll be announcing soon.
